Vegan Wednesday Week #14 Vegan meals collection 1
Thank you for @auleo recommended me to join the contest #veganwednesday. He knows I used to cook and prepare vegan meals at home frequently.
I’m a veggie lover. I like to take vegan meal because if it’s good for health and environmental friendly.
Usually after cooking and before eating, I like to take photo for my home cook vegan meal photo album collection.
Today I would like to share with you some of my vegan meals collection. Hope you like it .
A. Mushroom tofu vegetables vermicelli soup (香菇豆腐冬粉汤)
The ingredients are mushroom, enoki mushroom, egg tofu, fried dried tofu strips, and scallion
B. Dried mushroom olive vegetables fried rice (香菇橄榄菜炒饭)
The ingredients are dried mushroom, olive vegetables, rice, soy ham, chili and scallion
C. Fruits salad
The ingredients are butterhead, grapes, green apples, Japanese cucumbers, Chinese mandarin, dried cranberries, Thousand Island dressing, corn flakes， and seeds.

Hi @cherryng :) it's wonderful to have you entering #veganwednesday! Soy ham sounds very interesting- does it taste similar to 'real ham'? :)
I have to fly into Malaysia for a lot of my ingredients! Maybe I can find some =D

Soy ham is taste good as well. Both are same processing food, but soy ham is meatless.
I like to prepare home cook vegan meal at home. I will share with you some other Chinese vegan meals. coming soon.. :)
