Haha actually I've just found out a few days ago that I can make scrambled eggs made of chickpea flour :D I was gonna make pizza crust made of chickpea flour, which I usually do, but the batter sticket to the pan so I made scrambles of it, mixed it with veggies and it was done. Since then, I made 3 more times :D Isn't it fun, how many things we can make vegan with some creativity?
