Will veganism be the key to safe our planet?

We eat to many animals and that's a problem because every animal produces carbon dioxide which is the main reason for global warming. The more meat we eat, the more will be produced, so more animals and more carbon dioxide.

And the animals need food too.So if we would have a plant based diet we won't have the carbon dioxide and we would also have enough food for everyone. It is a big problem I think in the richer countries based in Europe and North America.
The average consumption in kilos per year global is about 43 kilos. In the USA the average is about 115 kilos.

Here a picture that explains how it works:Bildschirmfoto 2018-09-04 um 18.32.20.png

We see the number 2500 on the ground and 500 on the second, that means that if the phytoplankton gets eaten by the zooplankton, the zooplankton will only gain 500 in energy, what means that 80% of the energy gets lost. Then from 500 to 50 equals a loose of 90% and so on...

If we would directly eat the plankton we would gain 20% of the 2500.
BUT if we eat half a tuna we eat 0,0002% of the 2500 a huge difference not?

If we would eat directly the plankton or in our case the plants we wouldn't loose 80% of the energy, and so we would have also a lot of more food.
And not only are proteins contained in meat and fish but also in vegetables and grains. And nuts contain the healthy fats. And potatoes and rice the carbohydrates.Eating healthy doesn't mean that you have to eat boring, season your food and you will not regret it.Bildschirmfoto 2018-09-04 um 18.22.24.png
