MY BIG VEGAN BACON AND MUSHROOM PIE

Happy hump day everyone, this is my Wednesday pie,
Nothing like a piece of pie during the week

Ingredients for pastry

Flour 550g
Margarine 150g
Cold water
Pinch of salt

I used holemeal organic flour to make it a little healthier

Spread some pastry in a tray

Then to make some mushroom sauce

Cook up some mushrooms

Some onions and garlic

A cup of plant based milk

A sprinkle of gravy powder

Pour it into the tray

To make vegan bacon fry up some crumbled tofu

Then add some liquid smoke

Some soy sause

Fry till crispy

Throw it into the tray

Cover it up

Bake for about 45 minutes at a medium heat
