Steamed Buns are my weakness!
I have a weakness... it’s hard for me to talk about this. I have an addiction to steamed buns. Seriously. When I take a bite into its uber soft breading, I feel like the world stops.

While traveling in Asia, I have a weird tendency to touch soft breads. Of course they are wrapped but I squeeze it and hope no one catches me.

I remember a few years ago when I was traveling with a friend in Thailand, oblivious I would touch soft breads in convenience stores. Finally after a few days, my very patient friend slap my hand and said stop touching all the bread.

It turns out I am not alone with this weird habit. While in Japan with my girlfriend 2 years ago, we would walk into grocery stores and make sure no one was looking and we would lightly touch the wrapped breaded goodies. Could it be from years subliminally watching the Pilsbury Dough Boy get poked in all these commercials? Not sure if there is a cure for this???

I have only 2 weeks left than we heading down to Bali in less than a week and my girlfriend is doing the raw vegan cooking class so we are going to share a lot more food pictures then. But not with my Account. I am exited about that then.

Good Morning! I let you know as soon as we start. We have been to Bali 2 years ago and food photography in Bali is so much better because of the lighting.
Steamed buns are super delicious. :) At so much of them during my journey in China and now I love to make them on my own. :) Do you have a favorite recipe?
I always go buy them at Dam here in Vietnam. Also we had them in Taiwan but if I have the change to make would recipe could you recommend ?
