Just brilliant Trevor. If every rabid foodie from either side of the fence took this approach the world would be a kinder place. I know how both of them feel. I'd like to be vegetarian at least but I absolutely have to eat meat. My body demands it. I do try to eat meat that has been produced humanely. And I'm very aware of the life and service of that animal when I eat it.
Thanks. I try to be a bit balanced in my writing. I won't convince everyone, but I may get someone to re-think their strategy, which would be a good thing ;-)
