Veganism VS Plantbased
There is lot of misinformation regarding veganism these days
The corrupted food industry found a way in & now you have available tons of processed vegan products
This picture is really symbolic so I wanted to place it here
Whenever you are craving that "vegan pizza" instead of vibrant, living foods remind yourself how your body is not cleaned enough
Usually it's the parasites in us craving those type of ingredients
So, before any kind of nutrition switch make sure to do the App (anti parasitic program) & clean your colon as well (with enema administration)
Otherwise you'll prolly have a hard time fully transitioning so this is a must

Real food have the potential to upgrade your Dna & boost your future generations so don't take that slightly

Most vegans are just as unhealthy as the rest of humanity.
Be sure to avoid processed food as @enjoyinglife mentioned and don't forget to get lots of protein and fats!
