Perfect recipe @heart-to-heart, just in time for summer get togethers. I haven't tried the liquid smoke for the smoky taste...good idea. Definitely a substantial salad!!
I would prefer to use something else but right now the hickory smoke I have is actually delicious! I got a small bottle while I was in NZ at a tiny vegan cafe and it's been one of my most coveted possessions since ;) Let me know if you get to try it, it's so fun!
