here is the most popular recipe that I tried so far. Even non vegans love this!
PlantPower Burger.

- 1 celery stick, finely chopped
- 1 medium purple onion, chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, grated

- 1 t black pepper, always freshly ground
- 1/2 t turmeric powder
- 1T fresh or dry oregano
- 1 T fresh /parsley/coriander
- 1 T fresh or dry basil
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flower
- fresh lemon/lime to drizzle over ready-to-eat burgers.
- Olive Oil for frying
How To:
Process all apart from buckwheat flour into a smooth paste.
Taste it to check if you wish to enhance it with other spices of your liking.
Add flour and mix well.
Use your hands. Get involved. Have fun.
Form burgers of any shape and size you wish.
Fry on medium heat on both sides.
Serve with love!
Enjoy!
Take good care of your cells and your loved ones.
That looks delicious and nutritious. I should make some vegan burgers this summer and grill them at the park or on the patio. I don't have a bbq, but a propane stove might work nice. Who says vegans can't bbq or have burgers?!
