What is MSG?

Monosodium glutamate (MSG, also known as sodium glutamate) is the sodium salt of glutamic acid, one of the most abundant naturally occurring non-essential amino acids.

What is MSG used for?
While better known as a “flavor enhancer” in foods, MSG is also used in various vaccines as a “stabilizer”.
Now let’s look at various studies and the harmful effects MSG produced.

The study showed morphological alterations consistent with neuronal injury, biochemical changes of oxidative stress and a rise in plasma glutamate and glutamine.
What is Oxidative Stress?
It’s complicated, but basically it inhibits cells from being able to detoxify and repair themselves, which leads to cell damage.
Glutamate-induced cytotoxicity is partially mediated by enhanced oxidative stress. The objectives of the present study are to determine the effects of glutamate on mitochondrial membrane potential, oxygen consumption, mitochondrial dynamics and autophagy regulating factors.
What is cytotoxicity?
It means toxic to cells.
Glutamate but not aspartate CSF levels may contribute to ALS pathogenesis.
What is ALS?
ALS is a neurological disease that causes loss of motor function and muscle control.
MSG may also induce liver injury, contributing to inflammation.
MSG caused DNA damage at all concentrations in isolated human lymphocytes after 1-h in vitro exposure. Our results demonstrate that MSG is genotoxic to the human peripheral blood lymphocytes in vitro.
What does genotoxic mean?
Genotoxicity damages the genetic information within a cell, which causes cell mutations and can lead to cancer.
Monosodium glutamate (MSG) has been shown to cause headaches in healthy individuals and trigger migraine-like headaches in migraine sufferers.
The results displayed that MSG even at low doses is capable of producing alterations in the body weights and thyroid tissue function and histology.

Please forgive me but your statements need some balance. Your analytic approach of picking and choosing the risks of each component out of context and listing their possible side effects to assemble an opinion against the whole is misleading at best and culpable at worst.
I am no fan of western medicine and consider the drug companies to be among the most evil entities on the planet. But of all the horrible things they do producing vaccines is possibly one of the least damaging and most beneficial. The problem today is that we seem to have forgotten the horrors caused by these diseases.
There may well be reasons to be cautious of our drug dealers but vaccines are probably not the fish we need to be frying. I would suggest we expose the intense manipulation of the ICD-10 codes by the drug companies to create diseases to create a market for their chemicals.
When presenting the possible risks of anything it is incumbent upon the presenter to paint the picture objectively so that people can make informed decisions. If we want bias and spin we can watch the evening news!

dont they add MSG to chinese food?
It used to be more common in Chinese food, but since word has been getting out about how harmful MSG is, lots of restaurants are making it a point to have MSG free food.
ic. i havent had chinese food in ages but i feel as if it did give me headaches hence why i stopped eating it, lik ewhat you state MSG does
