I'd like to stand on the goverment side and explain why they are doing this. So please listen to my arguments. Movements against vaccines are becoming more popular with every year which result in smaller amount of vaccinated children. Even if some children are not vaccined they are relatively safe because almost everyone else is vaccinated. That is something called population resilience. But when number of vaccinated people will decrease to 90% or 80% possibilty of epidemic rises dramatically. They just want to prevent massive epidemic.
