RE: Vaccination Dilemma! Seeking the truth about vaccines, we're expecting a baby in Indonesia.
I will comment again when I have time to dig
Up some resources for you. I keep meaning to post about my vaccine research journey but I have yet to do so. For now, highly recommend the book Dissolving Illusions by Dr Kathleen Humphries
Thank you, I will look up the book and will keep an eye out for when you do write a post! followed!
A lot of this is focused on the US - but I think this is a good starting point to see some of the corruption behind the medical studies:
http://fourteenstudies.org
This site requires a bit of digging but it essentially shows the 14 main studies that the United States (and maybe other countries?) use to site that vaccines have no link to autism. Then it breaks down and examines each study and ranks the studies' integrity.

Again also about the American schedule but I think this site is valuable for really understanding the diseases themselves better. I think when you make a choice not to vaccinate, part of the process is becoming empowered by understanding childhood illnesses enough that they no longer seem as scary. I know what to do if my kids get the Measles, and so I don't feel like I'm taking a "risk"

This site is a fantastic timeline of some specific events but detail with many official documents attached how the danger of thimerisol was knowingly conceals and studies intentionally manipulated by the CDC
This is my vaccine pinterest board that I use to save various articles and resources:

Thank you very much! "part of the process is becoming empowered by understanding childhood illnesses enough that they no longer seem as scary" This is a very important point, at the moment I do feel slightly subject to scaremongering from the west with regards to being in a developing country and the importance of immunisation, to be fair the term "developing country" saddens me as it generally symbolises westernisation but that is a different matter. I will look through these resources and further my education . Thanks again.
Well and I don't know specifics enough to know on Indonesia specifically, but I do know that there are certain types/brands of some vaccines that are not permitted to be sold in the US but are still sold to other countries. I think it's a problem in India, vaccines causing polio, etc. there are more headlines in Europe and Asia about vaccine lawsuits because Americans aren't allowed to sue vaccine manufacturers. There have also been vaccine campaigns in Africa and I think Mexico where people were given drugs that cause infertility in the guise of a tetanus shot.
I am quite shocked by the whole thing. It is good that steemit is here to get this kind of information out there!
