Sounds really cool and I wish you best of luck. I'm a complete rookie in regards tu Utopian, but is there anything I can do to catch up and become a moderator for Romania? It sounds cool and I might be able to help :)
I dont know about moderation, because there isnt too many spots avaiable.
But i dont see many Romania translations, maybe you can be the First.
Also, there is a lot of other ways to contribute for the open source projects. Check utopian.io page, maybe you can find something you can do.
