Translation's reason: I started the Steem white paper translation because I think that this project is innovative and very useful. Since there is not an italian version yet, I believe that translating the Steem white paper in Italian allows the Steem project to reach more and more Italian people since currently, the number of active italian users are approximately 1000.

I would like to underline that in translating the Steem white paper, some english words like Steem, Steem Power, vesting and others will remain the same.

Furthermore, some sentences will be translated with more appropriate italian words that can give more sense to the white paper's italian version.

Paragraphs translated until now include the main purpose of Steem and the three principle keys that have been used to guide the design of Steem.

Futhermore there is the list of the services that Steem provides to its members.

It is also explained why everyone's contribution is a feature key for Steem.

This two paragraphs, including the abstract, show to the readers the first basic concepts to approach Steem's world.
