According to Utopian Guideline

Suggestion of trivial and/or very common features in similar/alternative apps will not be considered for potential reward.

If you long press on the text it get highlighted and notification is a very common feature, you suggested that in your previous rewarded contribution here and it was rewarded because of the little benefit users can get on the feature.

Suggesting the same feature here again is not a good idea as it is a common suggestion and the importance on this application is not worth to be rewarded and for quality control purposes it does not deserve to be rewarded.

I believe you could suggest things that will have better value not Notifications on every project.
