Utopian-io : SteemConnect Disclaimer modal on the backend
Another development answering this time @elear 's call to add a modal before connexion in order for users to understand quickly what the connexion through SteemConnect means.
New Features
- I have substituted the direct redirection to SteemConnect upon clicking login to the apparition of a modal.
- I gave a shot at describing SteemConnect in my own words. This can of course be edited if need be:
You will be redirected to SteemConnect v2 to authenticate to the Steem blockchain.

SteemConnect is developed and maintained by Steemit, Inc. and Busy.org.

Utopian.io will never access your private keys.
- User can either accept or dismiss the modal
- If no action is taken, user will be redirected after 6 seconds (time I judged necessary to be able to read the modal)
The detail of this work can be found in this commit. This was my second of a set of three works I pulled for the Utopian bounties. The third one also regards the creation of a modal, but for the landing page and has yet to be merged.
