C. Actifit's SP is Increasing in Phenomenal Rate

The free app tracks your movement and gives you points. By the end of the day, you post your result to your Steem account and rank against all other Actifit users. All users with over 5000 points get their posts upvoted by Actifit. It is hard to imagine that you literally earn money for doing physical activities. For many, this is the motivation they need to get themselves started in doing exercises, at least to get out of the house and do some walking each day.

Why a minimal 5,000 steps to get an upvote reward?

  • 5,000 steps is a minimal step that a normal person should reach everyday.
  • The ideal is to get beyond 10,000 steps to stay healthy.

This Actifit app is giving everyone a push to aim at least 10K of daily steps to keep fit.

D. AFIT Tokens

Actifit team has their own AFIT tokens. Until SMTs are ready, AFIT will be an ERC20 token to be swapped once SMTs are officially live.

On the Actifit website, you will see the data of their AFIT tokens. At present, 357,627 AFIT tokens have already been distributed with 6,050 Token Holders and 1,130 Activities rewarded.

AFIT tokens are being airdropped in different ways. Don't get missed out on these early bird opportunities. To reward users, the minimal requirement to start getting AFIT tokens is 5,000 steps. Everyone needs to bring their physical activity to this minimal level first. From there on, with more steps taken, more AFIT tokens are rewarded.

Don't settle for low or even average point count. Increase your steps. I find myself walking more each day. Instead of taking the bus, I choose to walk. The reward system gives me some incentives to meet the standard of 10K steps per day. At night, when I see my activity count needing only another 1,000 steps to make it to 10K, I would get out of the house to finish the 1,000 steps. This app keeps reminding me to stay as fit as possible daily.

Let's do a little bit of calculation. Just imagine the number of tokens you can receive each month by staying healthy at 10K steps per day: 100 X 30 = 3000 Tokens. And if you maintain this healthy condition for one year, you can gather around 36,000 (12 X 3000) AFIT Tokens for walking.

At present, we do not know how much the AFIT tokens are worth. I've asked the project owner @Mcfarhat about this but nobody knows for sure. Their team will soon come up with an estimated valuation as soon as they finalize all their financial details. Looking at the tremendous growth and potential of the Actifit app, my guess is that the return will be great. Even if we put it at the lowest minimal of $0.02, you can earn $720 by taking 10K daily steps for the whole year. But what if the value goes to $0.10/token, the estimated earning can go up to $3,600. All this is passive income for not doing more than what you need to do everyday for your own health - 10K steps/day.

E. Early Bird Opportunities - Delegate Your SP Today!

The Actifit team is giving a head start for early bird delegators. For each SP that you delegate, you will be given equal amount of AFIT Tokens for EACH day. It is on the ratio of 1:1. The delegators are paid weekly. To support this awesome project, I delegated 5,000 SP. This means that each day I collect 5,000 AFIT Tokens. The payout is done weekly.

I started last week and accumulated for myself 5326 tokens. The daily tokens of my activities and posts upvoting are calculated everyday, whereas the delegators tokens rewards are paid weekly. So by next Monday, I would have accumulated another 35,000 tokens ( 5000 X 7) in my wallet.

If we calculate the tokens I would accumulate 3 months later just on delegation rewards alone, the figure is astounding:

The table says it all. By putting in one time 5,000 SP delegation, at the end of the 3 months, I would have accumulated 42,000 AFIT tokens. Even if you give a very low estimate of the amount of STEEM you can get in return, it just boggles your mind of the kind of passive income you can get for doing nothing. On top of that, all delegators receive 5% delegator beneficiary from all AFIT tokens.

But this early bird opportunity will not last forever. Once the account reaches 100,000 SP, delegation rewards will also decrease. Take hold of this new opportunity you can get from your SP delegation in combination with SMT bounties. The market here is opening up a whole new opportunity to all Steemians who are holding a large sum of SP.

F. More Opportunities for the Community

For people in the community who may not have so much SP, you can also earn some passive AFIT tokens. At the present moment, the team rewards each person who follows the Actifit upvotes. 1 AFIT token per upvote. The team does daily updates of people who post their daily records. Here is an opportunity for you to passively earn your 1 AFIT tokens. 1 AFIT token seems very little but when they add up in the number of users submitting their posts, you will be surprised at the entire sum each day.

In the latest update on July 26th, it says:

We are continuously now receiving around a hundred successful submissions per day, yesterday the count was at 96 submissions with successful proof of activity, out of which 72 got the max 10,000 movements or more.

Actifit has now reached 100 daily post submissions of their daily "Fitness Report Card". I am one of them. By self-upvoting and upvoting the other 99 posts, I passively accumulate another 100 AFIT tokens per day. This is what I can gain passively for ONE day. This is only our first month. By next month, I am sure the submissions will more than double with our promotion. If you don't act today, time will not wait for you. The new opportunity is now, thus this blog post.

G. Conclusion

New opportunites are many, especially if you catch all these early bird advantages.

The Actifit Fitness Tracker App is currently only available for Android users. Soon, the iOS version will be released. The app does not require your master key or wifi for it to work. Only when you post your daily record onto Steemit blog directly from the app, you will then need internet connection.

Maybe the photographies that you have added to the sections B and D have free copyright. However, that is not something that we can easily check if you do not add sources. It is advisable to add the images source always.

There is a mathematical error here:

I would have accumulated another 3,500 tokens ( 5000 X 7)

the correct results are much more promising :) 5000 X 7 = 35000. Please, fix this information in the section E (calculations in the table are incorrect too).

Some times the two-column format can make the text look a little messy. Justify the text can make it looks much better, take a look at the tips recommended in this post.

Excellent post @rosatravels. Actifit is a revolutionary project that I am excited about. I have been taking long walks, jogging and skipping to keep fit and active. Taking care of our health is of utmost importance for a long productive life :)

Yes, that will work. And at the same time, you can follow Actifit's upvotes of posts and for each upvote post, you get 1 ACFIT and that can be accumulative even for one day when there are 100 submissions.

Same problem here sissy. I was talking about same to @mcfarhat(project developer) that this is a booming project and we don't have enough SP to take full advantage of it. He said that this is why users are rewarded very high for their daily activity which seemed reasonable to me. But don't worry ,we came very early onto this platform. Imagine what would have happened if you were on steemit 2 years before.

Well, that's good. I've heard of that. Let's just do what we can for now and hope for the best.

Want to ask though. How will the app track the movement? Via GPS only? Does it need wifi / data connection? Thank you.

It doesn't need wifi connection to sense your movement. It uses the phone sensor. No need to use GPS. It is very simple and easy to use.
