Excellent post @rosatravels. Actifit is a revolutionary project that I am excited about. I have been taking long walks, jogging and skipping to keep fit and active. Taking care of our health is of utmost importance for a long productive life :)
Thank you @practicaleric, with this app, I too am getting more health conscious. At least, I try to meet the 10K daily, but still not very good at it yet.
