Translating CONSUL Project | English-Turkish #7

Project Details
What is Consul?
CONSUL is a Citizen Participation and Open Government Application, originally developed for the Madrid City government.
Consul is an open software platform so any institution can use and modify it as they see fit, for free.
There will be local elections in my country in the near future, so I was interested with this project and I wanted to translate it. It's an amazing project for me. Who knows? Maybe in a short time my country will also use this application in the local municipalities.
You can find more details in my previous contributions.

Here is the mistake you made:
You have misplaced the apostrophe and you have disabled the code's function. I suggest you be more careful for your next contributions.
