Details
In this proposal i create a banner for this task for utopian, to bring a new style to the utopian blog, I did it for 4 sections(People of Utopian, Utopian Weekly, Utopian Magazine, Open Source Radio Show and and if you want to add another section you can also use)
Benefits / Improvements
Simple and fully editable to change the text, colors can also be easily edited; If you want to change the colors of each section, you can do it in a completely simple way.

Hey @andrejcibik, I already uploaded the pow in the Drive called "Full Work" in "Proof of Work", is it wrong to do so?
