RE: Arabic -Translation: Cordova - Part 4 (Approximately 1280 words)

Hello @fancybrothers

Thanks for contributing to this project. Coming from a technical background I can say that Cordova is a really challenging project to work on. You have done a good job in terms of consistency and on the following the post template to provide all information required for the readers. I am also happy to see the glossary that you provided as a glossary makes a base for every project and prevents any confusion for anyone working on the project. Please always make sure as this project is big to have it always updated!

Since this is the first time I review your work in Cordova and since victor @dr-frankenstein was doing the review, please feel free to reach out for him as well concerning my notes below. The major issue in your translation is that you have translated some codes that should not be translated. Also, you have always to make sure that the translated terms have a programming/technical/computer science meaning so we can have the best quality possible.

Regarding the post:

  1. I see it is better to have all contribution information under one section. Example the from and to dates should be with the number of translated words.
  2. You have plenty of grammar, punctuation and spelling mistakes that can be prevented by using modern tools. For example, if you use Chrome you can add a plugin called "Grammarly" that will proofread the post for you looking for mistakes and even convention mistakes.

Regarding the translations:

  1. You are quite right concerning the word conflict. In programming, we say conflicting files as to point to files that have differences in code that can cause any type of parse errors and other errors.
  2. You have used the علم as a translation for "flag". In programming, flag is more like إشارة or علامة
  3. In https://crowdin.com/translate/cordova/4638/en-ar#91396 , if you double check you can see that the meaning changed in Arabic. You should have said something like لن يتم إضافة الملحق and not وعدم إضافة الملحق.
  4. You have used the word زرع as a translation for implementation in https://crowdin.com/translate/cordova/4638/en-ar#91395 which is not correct. Please look for implementation meaning in the programming/technical context.
  5. I can see inconsistency in the translation of the word "feature", sometimes you said الخاصية and other times you said ميزات. You have to choose only one and add it to the glossary to prevent any inconsistency
  6. In https://crowdin.com/translate/cordova/3599/en-ar#85822 translation is inaccurate in terms of the proposition
  7. In https://crowdin.com/translate/cordova/3599/en-ar#85826 translation for subdirectory is not consistent with the glossary
  8. Why did you use the translation بالرقعة for notation? What about using رمز? You can have this added to the glossary once set as well.
  9. In some example https://crowdin.com/translate/cordova/3599/en-ar#85836 during translation of the XML file you need to make sure that the attribute name renames untranslated. In the example given the id should stay id
  10. You should not translate what is inside the tags in https://crowdin.com/translate/cordova/4638/en-ar#91415 and https://crowdin.com/translate/cordova/4638/en-ar#91418
  11. https://crowdin.com/translate/cordova/4638/en-ar#91416 so cordova compile is a line or order you type in the command line so it would do a certain action. In such a case cordova compile should not be translated. Same for https://crowdin.com/translate/cordova/4638/en-ar#91402. Same for cordova build and every other single command. Alternatively and if you want to translate this, you can translate it and keep the command untouched or between parenthesis
  12. You can use a more accurate translation for compilation. "Compilation" is the process of preparing the code for run time. Please check with Victor concerning this for his ideas
