Project details:

 “ Cordova or Apache Cordova is a framework used for native mobile applications development, it contains different APIs to facilitate the user's experience, but what's a native mobile app in the first place ?Well, it can regarded as a mobile app developed using only one mobile programming language using a very specific source code, for example if we developed a native app that works on Android phones, we should write a different code to have the same app working on iOS phones, if you think about it. That's definitely wasted energy !

 One can say, why we should develop native apps on the first place ? wouldn't be better to use a hybrid applications that work on several systems and cross-platforms ? That's true if you want to develop quickly the app but in terms of performance, native apps are way better, faster, have more features, have better access to the device native functions and offer bigger freedom in the choice of commands. What Cordova offers you is a chance of getting those benefits of the native apps and at the same time not wasting your energy and time on writing new source codes if you desire to extend your app. To achieve this task, Cordova allows their users to develop mobile apps using web programming languages (HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript). In Apache Cordova's official site, the overview states that this project is destined for people which are: ” 

• - A mobile developer and want to extend an application across more than one platform, without having to re-implement it with each platform's language and tool set.
• - A web developer and want to deploy a web app that's packaged for distribution in various app store portals.
• - A mobile developer interested in mixing native application components with a WebView (special browser window) that can access device-level APIs, or if you want to develop a plugin interface between native and WebView components.

Why did I choose this project ?

“ Well for couple of reasons, first and foremost is because I intend to develop my own mobile app in the future, second I wanted a long project to take my time working on it and not having to choose another one for a while and finally because the project is really helpful for many developers.”

The translation was done from English to Arabic language

In the fourth part of the project, I've dealt with two documents. For a starter, I finished the cordova-cli/doc/readme.md. file and then I moved to a new file cordova-docs/docs/en/dev/config_ref/index.md found in the big folder cordova-docs. Unlike the previous part, this part was really challenging for me due to the multiple factors (Transition from two documents, new words, complex strings, multiple characters etc..), so as always we will start by clearing some fogs and updating our table.

As a beginning and following the moderator's advice, I fixed few problems. First You can see that I chose 'سرفير' for the word 'server' and erased the old word 'الخادم'. As for the word scope, in terms of computing science it refers to the variables of a program which can be seen or used so the word 'مجال' sounds satisfying for me. Second, I also fixed the word 'id' to 'معرف' and the word fetch to 'إخراج', then I added the word 'مطور' which refers to a 'developer'.

As for the new words I've added, I want to clarify few things. The word 'conflict' has many possible translations in the Arabic language, in the context of the translated text, it doesn't mean disagreement and battle but rather incongruity and and incompatibility, this is why I chose 'تعارض'.

The noun 'configuration' is set in the table for the word 'تشكيل' in Arabic but the verb isn't, I've encountered 'configure' and I decided to go with 'ضبط' for the rest of the project.

In the second document, I've encountered a strange verb 'versioning' but unfortunately there's no translation for this word in Arabic so I've chosen 'اصدارات'.

Few strings that need special description:

One option to resolving the <code>edit-config</code> conflict is to make changes to the affected plugins' plugin.xml so that they do not modify the same XML element. URL

Found in the part related to conflicting plugins, you can see that the word 'file' before plugin.xml is missing so I've added it to make the string more understandable.

<code>build.json</code> file is used to specify paramaters to customize the app build process esecially related to signing the package.URL

Found in the part related to Cordova build command (option: buildConfig), there's a misspelling of the word especially.

In this string, The translation of skip build and skip building are the same so I've added 'عملية' to separate between the two.

In this string, the adjective agnostic means 

The capacity of a computing component to work with various systems without requiring any special adaptations, this is why I've chosen 'سلس'. 

Also, I didn't translate the attributes of the widget table in the second file because those codes are part of the config.xml file (Example)
