There is a new rule that says you need to ask proofreader statue from owner of the project to contribute on crowdin.

I think for HPO project, project owner is so sensitive about translations. If you have a question about how to translate I would recommend you to contact with zafush. He actually corrected few of your strings:
Also try not to translate the string If someone already translated it before you:
Unless you think previous translation is not correct, then disapprove with it and add your translation.
