New Logo Design For Open Source Android App: Material Notes

Details

Material Notes is open source android application. It is really useful for taking notes. You can note everything to colorful pages.

I designed new logo for Material Notes. Basic materials of design are notebook and pen. It look quite simple but it reflects program features more than the old one.

Benefits / Improvements

The original logo doesn't show the app feature but the new logo does. New logo is simple and it will be reflect application features. I hope it will be benefit for developers.

Makes sense to use the clipboard. These days people try to use hyper simple designs like facebooks logo. This doesnt really work unless you have a prominent brand already.

Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.

small detail in your design disappear in small size. A good logo should work in small size just as good as in larger
Im not convinced its better than the original. You should choose a project with really old and bad logo to improve your chance to get approved
