Looking at the step to reproduce, this is more like a missing feature/function on the application that should redirect the user to the page you are looking for. However, this can still be considered as a bug which the PO needs to work on.

Following your steps to reproduce the app crashes. I believe that I am experiencing a bug which has been reported to the PO already here.
