I can help getting started with a simple solution

First of all: we need a list of the major Steem front sites: steemit.com, busy.org, you name it.

Then, you can use a "scraper" that finds the links, tests them, and if doesn't work, substitute the front site's name to others.

Of course, the ideal would be having something like steem://@katamori/feed not unlike LBRY does in their own client app, but I'm not sure if that's possible for browsers.

But even then, replacement is easy: https://www.steemit.com/@katamori/feed to steem://@katamori/feed, you name it.
