Gridcoin is a blockchain-based distributed computing network powered by the idle processing potential of existing hardware. It mints and distributes cryptocurrency in relation to the processing power a network participant directs toward data-driven analysis and scientific discovery. It is an open source cryptocurrency which securely rewards volunteer who made contributions to the computing operations performed on the BOINC platform
Currently, the Gridcoin blockchain is secured through a proof-of-stake protocol (it formally use proof-of-work protocol until October 11th, 2014) and monitors processing contributions to the distributed computing infrastructure, BOINC.
This is a highly interesting and productive project in the sense that it makes use and convert the idle processing potential which would have been 'wasting' to something very informative, discoveries, groundbreaking and also profiting. I really love this project.

Translation Overview:
This is my third translation work on this project and coincidentally my last work because the project is at 100 per cent completion, and it is really tasking as it contains a lot of computing words and sentences. It requires a high level of understanding of computer, cryptocurrency terms e.t.c. All of the words are newly translated as this project has never been worked on before by any Yoruba translator. All words are duly and correctly translated with the most suitable translations.Languages:
The project is being translated from English which is the source language to Yoruba which is the target language.Word Count:
According to my estimations, I translated a total of 413 words from the source language resulting in total words of 532 in the target language as shown in the picture below
