Wondershare Filmora photo editing tutorial, How to create a photostory

Recently i discovered a great editing software for photos and videos called Wondershare Filmora that i have been using in the office and i have come to love it cause it very easy to use, it comes with several features that work very well and has some great plugins that makes your work look awesome. i will be doing some tutorial at the basic level for those interested and have zero skill in editing, the best thing is that you keep learning as much as possible and be curious

First you start by uploading a photo by clicking on "import media file here" you can import as many files as possible depending on the type of work you are doing.

once you have added you will end up with something like this

Drag the the photos to the fist track at the bottom of the page and they will allign depending on how you want them to align,
The next step is to add some effects (transition, overlays,filters and text)click on the transition. This are usually placed between the photos to make the change from one photo to the next smooth and awesome. You can use as many transitions as possible to kill the monotony of one transition

Next click on the FILTERS tab and select the type of filter that you want, play wit as many filter as possible. You move the white line to the place where you want the filters to be and then select the filter by clicking on the + sign and it will add automatically. You will notice that a new track will appear that wasnt there and the Filters add, you can add , stretch or compress a filter as you see fit

Next click on the OVERLAY and it will open the different overlays that are available, select the one that you want by clicking on them then move the white line on the editing panel below to where you want the overlay to go and then click on the + sign and it will add automatically

You can add some music to your photo story to give it some spice, i like music in the background as i watch every photo story i do, go to the MUSIC and click on music, Filmora has music pre installed in the software but if you want your own you can add by clicking on "import music". This will take you to your computer storage drives and you can select the type of music yo want, it will import it on the software where you can add to the track below

You can add some text if you want , the procedure is the same, go to TEXT the select the way you want the text to appear, move the white line to where the text will go, click on the + sign to add to the track.

Once the text plugin is placed on the track, double click on it and it will open a new window which gives you options for add and editing of the text

Click on advance and it will open a window with more options for editing , once done clok OK , then OK and save your work before clicking export, a window will open where you can choose the setting you want to save your work in. Give the project a name and the export and you are good to go.
