Maybe Utopian need second bot

Today, my contribution Is there any notice of the rules changes?, even got @elera's vote, does not get @utopian-io's vote after 7 days.
Besides my contributions, @espoem has the same thing: Bugs in Busy wallet
I understand that it takes some time to recover the bot's SP and bot votes faster posts with a lot of upvotes.
However, the bot would not have enough time to recover to 100% SP after there are more and more contributions.

I don't think this post will approved but if the bot not working as expected it will tarnish the reputation of uTopian.io. I suggest the temporary solution is look for big whales support eg. fuzzyvest & officialfuzzy. Their voting power seems like under utilized.
Hello @ivysrono @heyeshuang @beautifulbella. The bot is not meant to vote every contribution as I explained already in Discord. That would make no sense. The bot starts voting posts based on their traction in the feed. Unfortunately your posts @ivysrono have too little number of votes in comparison with the other contributions and bot never ended up voting you. The bot now is sleeping more time in order to be able to vote more contributions.
As for this contribution I cannot still accept it. Try to bring more details on how this new bot should work, which would be the params of the bot and similar info. Let me know once done. Thanks
