Utopian: Add a section for underrated posts
One thing I like about Utopian.io is its quality standards, all posts are reviewed and approved manually by Moderators, also Utopian has a bot which rewards contributions (powered by 800K SP).
So a lot of contributions has many Upvotes and more than $20 of potential payout, but also there are contributions with few Upvotes and less than $1 of potential payout.
Since Utopian has a high quality standards all post should be great, so there are a few underrated posts.
Idea
Create a section Underrated posts and put there contributions with (for example):
- More than 2 days old and less than 5 days old
- Less than $2 of potential payout
- More words than average for the category
- More images than average for the category
- ... and so on.
After 2 or 3 days, all posts lose visibility, so with this section Utopian will give they a second chance. Contribution with more than 5 days old will disappear from Underrated.

Apparently, utopian-bot votes faster posts with a lot of upvotes.
