add www.aliengu.com to UpgradeMixedContentBlacklist
I found a Chinese blog yesterday: https://www.aliengu.com/
It uses some pictures from clouddn.com , one of the most popular Chinese image hosting, do not support https.
@guxi own this blog, he answered me that he won't change image hosting recently.
So, I have added it to UpgradeMixedContentBlacklist right now.

By the way, this blog post is the best observation and prophecy I've ever seen about steemit.
