eSteem Mobile v2 - Using capital letter Tag crashes app

Expected behavior
The app should warn users when capital letter is used in the tag section; Use only lowercase letters and grey out the Publish button until user's fix the upercase tag to avoid crash.
Actual behavior
It crashes after clicking the Publish button when the post contains an uppercase tag.
How to reproduce
- Launch app
- Login your account
- Tap the the radial button and tap the pencil symbol to write a post.
- Use a capital letter word as one of the tags
- click the publish button
- Browser/App version: eSteem Mobile v2 (2.0.6)
- Operating system: Android 8.1.0

Although I can see that a crash has occurred within the report, I don't believe that this particular contribution correctly addresses the issue at hand and in fact, the issue is not due to the tags and instead due to the fact you're attempting to create a post that has the same permalink:
I can see that within your post you attempt to create a post with the title of TES, I can see that you have already created a post with the same title here:

You can also see that you were able to successfully use uppercase characters tags within that post too.
I do however believe there is an issue with using uppercase characters within the first tag as I'm able to consistently replicate a crash using this method. I have added some additional information to the issue on GitHub.
Although the steps provided don't give direct indication into the issue and the image is overall slightly confusing in this context, I do believe this issue has provided value to the project as it needs both further investigation and has identified another potential error in the application.
Overall, I believe this issue will be annoying for user who encounter it, however the application by default using lowercase to enter the tags and it's because of this I don't believe this will effect the whole user base , with that said it’s an issue that need to be addressed with the application.
