eSteem Mobile v2 - Push Notification does to save it setting on exit

Expected behavior
App should save user's settings. The Push Notification should remain disable until users enable it.
Actual behavior
Push Notification enable automatically on start up after it has been disabled.
How to reproduce
- Launch app
- Login your account
- Go to Settings and disable
Push Notification. - Exit and re-launch app
- Check the Settings and see the
Push Notificationenabled.
- Browser/App version: eSteem Mobile v2 (2.0.6)
- Operating system: Android 8.1.0

Hi @horpey, thanks for this contribution.
I was able to reproduce the behavior just as you described. The push notification after being set to disabled, shows enabled when the application is restarted.
I like that you opened this issue on github and that you waited for an acknowledgement from the PO before posting to utopian. Do you know that analysing the cause of the bug and suggesting a fix can increase your review score? Well, you should give it a try..
Also the bug does not stop or alter the flow of major user activity in the application, so it can be thought of as negligible. This is reflected in my scoring.
