New features of steemitapp on coogger

What was the issues ?
- sitemap of applications on coogger were incorrect
As you know ,coogger are not just information sharing platform, you can build other web application and share, also it should be sitemap of these applications on coogger, due to a fault, sitemap had not give correct result, but I fixed these commits.
- The payout result was miscalculated
it's not exactly true, but now payments are being better calculated
New Features
What features did I add?
- I added 3 new tools to learning payment information
First tool
was made to sell at koinim.com and get the money in try.
if I sell 0.01 bitcoin on koinim.com I will get money like this.
result;
Second tool
This tool will convert the amount of sbd written to steem and convert this steem amount from binance to bitcoin then If I sell this bitcoin at koinim.com I will get the money like this.
Third tool
This tool convert the amount of steem entered and bitcoin on binance, and if I sell this bitcoin at koinim.com, the money will be like this.
How did I implement them ?
Roadmap
Other tools can be added for other used sites, but I want to take a break and observe the code in the project and arrange the necessary places.
