Handing of unapproved suggestions

Here is why suggestions, even if unapproved need to be kept :

1. What are the rules for duplicate handling of posts, if your suggestion is not accepted because some overworked and underpaid admin does not see the value of it immediately, that also opens up your idea to be copied an monetized.

2. What if someone takes your idea, adds a picture and some fonts, and then gets $100, are they going to share or even attribute you?

3. Even if they never read your idea, you posted it first and therefore could at least claim that it was available to be read on steem, even if not available on utopian.

4. You might claim that your original post was prior art, and example of your creativity and the other person just copied it.

5. This puts the utopian admins into a bad position, having to decide in short time on the merits of a post, often just on length alone or if it has a picture.

My suggestion is that utopian clarify the rules and ideally would not unapprove suggestions because they are too short.

The ideal solution would to allow for write ups based on short posts that would attribute the shorter ones and share in the payout.
