Add other Upvote services to SteemPlus boost button

Components

This suggestion is for the boost button that got integrated into Steemplus from Steemit more info in the last update to Steemplus.

Proposal

Add other upvote services such as @smartmarket (aka Smartsteem) to the "Boost" button that got added to Steemplus in the last update.

Mockups / Examples

It could look something like this(but with the proper font of course) and could as well include many more upvoting services. The dropdown menu to choose between SBD and STEEM as payment could be activated/deactivated depending on the payment options the service allows. (Smartsteem for example allows both Steem and SBD.

Benefits

This would allow users to use the upvoting service they want to use without having the extra struggle of not being able to use the boost button. Also if @minnowbooster has problems they can be very easy to evade by simply choosing another service.
