Project details and translation's reason

Node.js is a Javascript runtime. The project title refers to the node word, and indeed Node.js is closely related to this concept. It is a fascinating project and it has a considerable potential.
Below you can read some significant features of Node.js:

1.) Node.js is open source and takes full advantage of the power of communities to get better over time.

2.) Node.js relies heavily on the concept of scalability, in fact thanks to this feature it has the ability to generate network applications which also are based on the scalability.

3.) The concept of "events" in node is implemented and rethought, in fact the old concept used by other event library systems is replaced on Node with the event runtime. This "cycle of events" is activated through the calling process.

4.) Node.js is also designed to have an interface that makes it easy to use.

5.) Node distinguishes itself from other similar systems thanks to the absence of operating system threads.

These motivations are a great incentive to translate this project. Briefly I consider interesting two factors: the first one is how Nod.js differs from the majority of similar projects, the second one is its being completely open source. These two characteristics are so relevant that they stimulate me to translate it.

Contribution specification

My role as a translator remains unchanged and consists in translating English words into Italian ones in the most appropriate way possible, trying to create the maximum harmony between English and its translation into Italian.

Translation Overview

This is my second post for the project Node.js.
Considering that this project is very technical and full of computer terms, it is a great opportunity for me translating Node.js as every day I can learn new words and new ways to translate always better.
Today I translated part of the folder Net.dm, (to facilitate the readers and my LM, I wrote up here the link of the folder)
In these thousand words I have dealt with several topics and new terms, among which I can list: socket (a term that can be misleading and creates the temptation to translate it and instead it should not be translated because it’s very technical and specific), the term path, founded numerous times (inserted in different contexts) and the term port also included in different contexts.

Excerpts of my work

Below I propose some significant strings that help to better understand the work I have done translating these 1000 words:

Path...

a.)

<0>path</0> {string} Path the client should connect to.

b.)

[<0>socket.connect(path[, connectListener])</0>][<0>socket.connect(path)</0>]
for <1>IPC</1> connections.

c.)

socket.connect(path[, connectListener])

Socket...

a.)

Creates a new socket object.

b.)

<0>readable</0> {boolean} Allow reads on the socket when an <0>fd</0> is passed,
otherwise ignored.

c.)

The newly created socket can be either a TCP socket or a streaming <0>IPC</0>
endpoint, depending on what it [<1>connect()</1>][<1>socket.connect()</1>] to.

Port...

a.)

The numeric representation of the remote port.

b.)

<0>port</0> {number} Required.

c.)

Port the socket should connect to.

Hi @filippocrypto.

Don’t be surprised by my review. I’ve inherited you from @mcassani and I hope to continue his great work as a LM.

Thank you for your contribution and congratulation on your good translation work: most of the strings were very well translated. Please check my recent activity feed for the few corrections I made.

Keep up the good work!
