You are expected to import a file with a .org extension. In the video you provided, you imported an image file. Its the reason why on opening the newly imported notebook, the page prints a message that says "there are no notes". This is not a bug, it runs just the way the developer intended it to.

Also note, that submissions to Utopian must be in English, so endeavour to always have English language selected on applications in which you wish to report a bug.
