Thank you for your contribution. As you said in the contribution, "For this to work, it basically just modify 3 files", but I can see a lot of other files updated, those are just configurations? Overall its a nice starting point and I would love to see more progress on this. Though for a chrome extension there are more configuration a user can add, so will you be writing that in prompts?

it's actually easy to customize it in vue.config.js to add in new feature like background script, content script etc.
My company just started to migrate webpack based chrome extension into Vue CLI, and is actually using this plugin (with customization done)
