what ? I am from Algeria and I know Arabic very well, it's not a translation it's a tutorial writen by me !
isn't as informative ? be a man and tell me what wrong with it, what to add, what to remove ? the category is tutorial and it's in arabic and I spend a few hours writing it because arabic is hard to write to me because I am living in Russia and I don't have arabic letters on my keyboard so I use the virtual keyboard !

the development translation is incorrect, development means programming or coding
you also have visibility incorrect, visibility is about promoting projects
sub-project also is incorrect
sub-project essentially refers to having a new project proposal within another project
also the part where you recommend to chose utopian, this is not correct. They need to chose the matching project onto which they are submitting their contribution. It needs to match the correct github repository code of what they are writing about
in the tags they shouldn't add utopian-io, it gets added automatically
also would be great if you can add a description under each category to make sure it is clear for each user as to why they should select this category. Generally we want tutorials to be really well-written and detailed.

اختار البرمجة في حالة ما أردت أن تصنع برنامج أو تنشئ موقع ما
التطوير في حالة تطوير مشروع موجود
remove this line: التطوير في حالة تطوير مشروع موجود
and put this as the second line, not the third: اختر مشروع بحالة تقديم مشاركة بهدف انشاء مشروع جديد ضمن مشروع موجود(edited)
this is wrong: ترويج في حالة أردت أن تعمل مشروع متعلق بالترجمة
should write: ترويج في حالة أردت أن تتكلم عن مجهود ترويجي قمت به لمشروع معين
