I think this goes to show just how good a judge of character @stellabelle is. I think you all did a wonderful job with the delegation. I am sure @ned is slapping his forehead trying to figure out why the ones he delegated to (at least several) did not do as great of a job at delegating. (there was a post a couple months about how his delegated power was used, and it was not flattering).
