Utopian.io and education projects

I was introduced to Utopian.io some time back but only had time to truly explore it today and I must say that it is a very interesting platform. Being a teacher and a Steemian who has been contributing on anything and everything education related, I started searching for any education projects that I can be involved in.
Unfortunately, I did not find any, but I do see a few translation projects that I can contribute to. That being said, this is my first post on Utopian.io and hopefully, the first of many to come. I see a lot of potential in this platform due to a few reasons:
Education projects need thinkers
At times we in the education industry only involve only education experts. While that is understandable, I do think that we need programmers, writers and thinkers to help us operationalize ideas and projects. Although such projects must also educate others, we may miss certain aspects of teaching that others may find.
In addition, having others involved does provide a valuable perspective on things. I do feel that sometimes we as teachers need to learn marketing skills to effectively market our lessons to the students. Most students are bombarded with so much good marketing that I feel some of the lessons we do can be rather boring. Thus, marketers can help contribute to education projects via Utopian.io.
Find contributors quickly
While this is my first time on Utopian.io, I have heard many good things about it. Chief of all is that help can be enlisted quickly. When I start a project here on Utopian.io, I would like to quickly get people to help me sort certain issues out.
Better yet, the contributors are paid better some if not most of my blog posts on Steemit. This is good because it takes care of two important aspects of operationalizing a project, which is the payment and enlisting help portion of the project. This eases the burden of the project manager and allows one to focus on other aspects of the project.

Conclusion
I see much promise in this platform and will be posting a project here soon. Who knows? I may be the first Steemit-education-based (not to be confused with the awesome peeps at steemiteducation) project on Utopian.io.
One final thing, I do apologize if I have made any mistakes in the post. This is my first post here, so if I have made any mistakes, do let me know and I shall correct it.

Hello! I was first encouraged to think about this with this post; https://steemit.com/utopian-io/@chrisaiki/how-to-integrate-wikiversity-utopian-io-and-steemiteducation
I have been rolling around in my head a sub-project for utopian, but since I am also doing 1000 other things, I am really happy to see you take the initiative.
I hope what you are thinking of can be the most inclusive possible, including, for example, the work many others have already done on like-minded projects. The more we can tap into work already being done (like with #steemiteducation or wikiuniversity), the better the will go and the more value we can add to the world!
Blessings, and expect my two cents and upvotes along the way!
Wow, that's a lot to digest, thank you so much for pointing it out to me. I was thinking something that is much more small scale. That being said, will get in touch and check out the project. Hopefully, I can contribute.
It is not actually a project yet - that link was posted as a suggestion, probably reaching out for someone to do a sub-project. Basically - we are looking for a way to use utopian to support education projects.
Currently, I'm not sure how you will fit an education project, even if it is 'open source', into utopian, because you need to reference a git-hub repository and some very specific categories (would they all be tutorials?)
We are community building right now! Thanks for responding ;p
Thank you for writing this post. I've read many that are in favor of the place, but I'm still not really sure what it is. I feel like I have skills in research and social media that might help over there but wasn't sure how to get involved. I guess it is as easy as making a post, so now that is on my list. I'll be watching to see what happens with this new platform. Thanks again :)
Thank you for the contribution. It has been approved.
