bingo! you are spot on. And of course, where there is oil, the military goes - according to the NSA! In another Snowden doc we analysed, the NSA outright stated they they use "military strength to ensure that the flow of oil to the United States and its allies is unimpeded."
You didn't hear this on CNN!!!
Been reading your curation of the Snowden leaks I love this kind of stuff. Rare to get a peek into their actual thought processes and actions not filtered through media spin. I've spent entire nights staying up till dawn reading some of Manning's Wikileaks releases about Iraq. You are doing great work here. I read one you linked to where the General Berlin states "The planning cycle for dropping a bomb has compressed from a day to minutes and the criterion for aiming point has less and less review." This is an astonishing horrible admission coming in the same document where he is discussing civilian casualties. This should be on every media network being criticized and/or discussed.
