THEY RANDOMLY FLOW
WE ORGANIZE THEM
IN ORDER TO KNOW
THIS IS A PROCESS
THAT WE ALL DO
BUT ARE OUR THOUGHTS REAL
ARE THEY REALLY YOU?
WORDS ARE MISLEADING
AS THEY APPEAR
IT’S NOT WHAT IM SAYING
IT’S WHAT YOU HEAR
WORDS SET OFF TRIGGERS
THE MIND WILL RESPOND
WE THOUGH WE ARE TALKING
YOUR MIND IS GONE
ENDLESS SELF CHATTER
GOES ON IN OUR HEAD
AS TRIGGERS SET OFF
BY SOMETHING THAT’S SAID
REALIZE THIS PROCESS
WHENEVER YOU SPEAK
AND NOTICE WHAT HAPPENS
WHEN SOMEBODY TWEAKS

This is an interesting poem and though I was thrown off by the CAPS at first, I can see it as a demonstration of the content of the piece. How much of what we perceive is a projection of ourselves? Nice write. Thanks for sharing.
