Labrador Nature Reserve
I am a home-body and a creature of habit. So, generally, I don’t like to go out a lot. However, I do enjoy an outing now and again, especially if it is somewhere I haven’t been in a long time.
One such place was Labrador Nature Reserve. I have only been there once, about a decade ago. And given the rate the landscape of Singapore is changing, I was not surprised that apart from one or two features of the place, I hardly recognized the park at all.
For one, there is now a train station more or less right in front of the park. As you come out of the train station, there is a boardwalk of about 150 meters leading straight to the Reserve. It was easy access. There are now many facilities like toilets, barbeque pits and children's playground.
We met some residents of the Reserve.
Saw some peculiar fruit trees. Haven't a clue what they could be
I remember this ugly thing. I am sure it has some significance for being there.
Reflections at Keppel Bay – Since this was beside the Labrador Nature Reserve, we decided to check it out as well. This and the whole marina was still under construction when I was last there. Now, it’s multi-million residential apartments with their own marina bay. Mind blowing.
It was a nice leisurely afternoon stroll which I enjoyed very much.
Singapore - the Garden City - there are many parks and gardens, many of which I have visited one or twice during my school days. Maybe it is time that I go out more often and re-visit these places.

The food at the restaurant was very good. So, there was no criticism. Besides, we were too busy talking to pay a lot of attention to the food. We only know that they were all good.
We are in the tropics, so we don't have the 4 seasons. However, we have the South East Monsoon and the North East Monsoon. It is the North East Monsoon season now, so we get a fair bit of rain and the weather is cooler - between 24C - 30C.
haha ok sir Vincent thanks for the information but as far as being lazy, don't you go for long walks everyday? And if so, then that doesn't sound very lazy. You were married once weren't you? What happened there? I mean if I can ask, no problem if that's too personal. My first marriage was a disaster and only lasted one year!
Yes, I go for walks but only in my area for some exercise. Too lazy to go too far. And too lazy to get married. So, no, I am not married.

Howdy sir Vincent! Well my first marriage..I was an idiot so she deserved better anyway! lol. Too lazy to get married huh? Well but a wife shares alot of the work so maybe that could help you be even lazier? lol.. no I know it's alot of work to have a good marriage. But do you have family around or siblings in case you need help with something?
howdy @janton Yes, I live with my brother and sister. My sister does most of the housework, my brother is hopeless. I am self-sufficient. It's complicated. :-)

I have an older brother and older sister who are married. The brother and sister living with me are not. Three of us, babies in the family never married. As to why my brother is hopeless... it is a long story and complicated. We will just leave it at that. :-)
