KIDS IN KINDERGARTENS ARE WORSE THAN PRISONERS?

A shocking question, but it really arises if we analyze one strange fact: criminals in prisons are fed using budget funds, neither they, nor their families pay for anything: clothes, food etc.

In Russian kindergartens kids will be hungry if parents won't pay for it! Moreover, they can be fed but...with what? Low quality counterfeit food?

Isn't it terrible and outrageous??

Why does the state have funds for treating criminals, but kids are left without any donations?

To tell you the truth, it was news for me. My son never was in kindergartens, and I just didn't know the situation nowadays.

There are private and state (free of charge) kindergartens, and I was sure that state ones are absolutely free.

But no! Parents pay...30$ per month for 1 kid! About 1$ per day!

A tiny sum of money - you can say.

First of all, not so tiny because in my city 200$ is considered to be a standard salary, so 30$ isn't so little for such families.

But from the other hand - it's really very little!! Kids are fed for 30$ per month!
What do they eat and of what quality??

Now I understand why scandals about low quality food and poisoning appear so often!

The prices now are very high, and it's impossible to imagine with what do they feed kids??

People say, meat and fruits are impossible to see there (or very seldom and again low quality).

But if the absence of meat isn't the worst moment (for vegetarians especially), but fruits, vegetables, juices!
Cheap porridges, soups and low quality milk products (which are very dangerous in poisoning!), and poisoning by counterfeit milk or cottage cheese appear almost every week.

By the way, many kids reject to eat this food, and they are half hungry till the end of the day, so parents try to feed them well in the morning before the kindergarten. But they should pay. It's a rule.

So, parents pay from their own pocket for poisoning of their kids?!
It was my shock.
