It is all about understanding sacred geometry and how the numbers represent sequences and frequencies. Understanding that everything is connected and that true enlightenment comes when we connect with the universe. This is done via our thoughts and vibrations the environment we surround ourselves with. I prefer to only listen to 432hz music and I am going to build my home to the golden ratio. I also hexagonally structure my water and I ensure I only eat foods that are of true origin (organic and non GMO). All of these things are connected by the vibrations and energy. :)
