Universal Labs: Review

Hello, friends, I want to do a brief review on a unique blockchain project with real-world use, and the amazing part of it is you can see it physically hmmm that’s amazing, guess what? The most amazing part is you can even touch it but careful not to break it lol. I am talking about Universal Labs (ULabs) and its Ubbey Box.

Ubbey is a decentralized cloud and hardware storage system platform powered by blockchain technology. Cloud storage is a simple and scalable cloud computing model where data is stored, accessed and shared remotely over the internet.
Users are allocated with cloud disk space according to the size they purchased. The Ubbey also have a hardware storage device called The ubbey box which can also be used to save data both online and offline. Users can also participate in Token mining to proprietary ubbey box automatically
Users get an incentive for sharing their storage space with the Ubbey Network and users can also use You coin to purchase other’s storage space

THE UBBEY BOX
The Ubbey BOX is a hardware device which serves as personal cloud storage and it has 2 two versions, for now, 1TB ( terabit) and the 2TB (2 terabits)
The Ubbey Box is a device that serves as a personal cloud storage, the first version of which is available with 1 or 2 TB of space. The box users can store and access their data from anywhere and anytime. The box can be connected to various devices such as TVs or game consoles. But in addition to storing data, the Ubbey Box also serves as a full node for the Ubbey Network, effectively meaning that owners of the devices can use it not just as a storage but also earn some network reward in the form of YOU token.
The Ubbey Box has many other features apart from been a storage device. According to the developers, the protocol can also be used for data computation and exchange solutions as well as a tool to combat counterfeit products by maintaining digital identification and product validation platform that will allow "stamping" genuine products at the producer's location and then confirming their authenticity at the point of sale with the use of mobile application. Thus, an end consumer can be confident that they are buying an authentic product.

The Ubbey Network
The Ubbey Network uses the Proof-of-Storage/Space consensus algorithm, which incentivizes users to have available space on their devices. The registry of data ownership is maintained with the help of the Ownership Protocol (OWP) that is also capable of managing identity.
