大手DEX Uniswapを、開発・維持するUniswap Labsは今日から「インターフェイス手数料」を課すと発表したそうで初のプロトコル側の手数料徴収となるらしいのですが全ての通貨ペアから徴収するのでなく、ETH、USDC、WETH、USDT、DAI、WBTC、agEUR、GUSD、LUSD、EUROC、XSGDのみ対象となる。また、ステーブルコイン同士とETH/WETHのスワップは対象外らしくてラボ側が手数料を得ることで、DeFiの更なる研究、開発、製造、出荷、改善、拡大を続けるらしいのですが手数料を課すことによってユーザーが他のサイトへ流れていきそうな感じがします。
Uniswap Labs, the developer and maintainer of the leading DEX Uniswap, announced today that it will begin charging an "interface fee," the first such fee to be charged on the protocol side, but it will not be charged on all currency pairs, only ETH, USDC, WETH, USDT, DAI, WBTC, agEUR, GUSD, LUSD, EUROC, and XSGD. The only currency pairs that will be charged on the protocol side are ETH, USDC, WETH, USDT, DAI, WBTC, agEUR, GUSD, LUSD, EUROC, and XSGD. Also, it seems that stablecoin-to-stablecoin and ETH/WETH swaps are not eligible, and that the lab will get a fee to continue further research, development, manufacturing, shipping, improving, and expanding DeFi, but by charging a fee, it seems that users will go to other sites.
