It is that time again to explore the pictures on my phone to try and figure out what I did last night and throughout the week to entertain the masses. I notice I didn't take any pictures of the kids baseball and some other stuff but plenty of adventure, capped off by a crazy Saturday night.

A little gardening as the weather has swung from sunny to rainy fairly regularly which makes for happy plants! I am coming to the conclusion though that I will have a whole lot of beefsteak tomatoes and the mystery plants are probably sunflowers.

Did a little more work helping one of my clients with the opening of the brewery. A wood-fire pizza oven arrived and I can already taste the pizza and beer combo when they finally open to the public!

Climbed a couple ladders including this one which puts me atop a a neat organization supporting retired military folks. I will tell you one thing, hearing a room full of soldiers sing the national anthem is a really heavy thing.

Mixed a little business with pleasure on the patio of another client. They had a brand new Blueberry Wheat Ale from the craft brewery one town over they wanted me to try. Not hoppy enough to be my thing but it was a neat light and tasty beverage with not too much blueberry and a neat carbonation.

Trained a couple times during the week including a session on Monday night, which was 2 hours of 10-minute rolls on the hottest day of the year. You get so much more out of the time invested when it is hot as hell and you keep grinding. This shot was from Saturday morning as Kris was back from his France trip and happy as hell to be taking the Saturday selfie again (hands were a little shaky it seems.)

Then, last night went a little sideways.......

I had the chance to take a trip to the big city and hook up with a bunch of friends at the grand opening show of the band I blogged about a while ago. https://steemit.com/ulog/@zekepickleman/i-know-a-new-band https://wasaga.bandcamp.com/. I learned the proper pronunciation of Wasaga (wuh-saw-guh) and got to jam with the guys on a few AC/DC tunes. Sponsored by Great Lakes Brewery, the beer was flowing and I couldn't help but indulge a bit more than normal. Such a fantastic night of buffonery and rock & roll with the live music switching right over to karaoke so that everyone could perform. Many hours and beers later, brothers will be brothers so my youngest one thought he might have some fun........

My head was like a football today so I took it easy and hung out at the RIBFEST and let some other friends of mine handle the rocking. So much good fun stuff to do in the summer in this town.
